Ingredients For AMLA SOUP RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat butter in a pan,add mustard seeds and asafoetida to crackle.
  • 2. Take a blender add chopped amla,ginger,garlic,cumin seeds and black pepper powder and blend it.
  • 3. Add the amla paste in the pan and saute for few minutes.
  • 4. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
  • 5. Add three cup of water and bring to boil.
  • 6. Cook for ten mins in slow flame.
  • 7. Turn off the flame.
  • 8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
