Ingredients For Amritsari Paneer Kofta Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add in the grated paneer, chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, fresh coriander, crushed black pepper, cumin, coriander powder, salt as per taste and corn flour.
  • 2. Combine well and make small balls.
  • 3. Now dip the balls in the cornflour slurry and then nicely coat with bread crumbs.
  • 4. In a small wok pour in the refined oil and shallow fry the balls until crisp and golden.
  • 5. When done keep them aside on a napkin to soak the extra oil.
  • 6. In another pan pour in the ghee and add in the dry whole spices.
  • 7. Then add in the ginger garlic paste, pureed onion and cook for around 5 minutes.
  • 8. Now add in the tasty tales amritsari mutton curry paste, curd, kasuri methi, sugar, some salt to taste and cook for another 7-8 minutes by adding in some water.
  • 9. When the curry is cooked switch off the flame.
  • 10. In a serving bowl place the koftas carefully so that it does not break then pour the gravy over it and garnish with freshly chopped coriander and fresh cream.
  • 11. Your spicy flavoursome Amritsari Paneer Kofta is ready for a serve.
