Ingredients For Anjeer khajur rolls Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak anjeer and dates seperately in water for 1 and half hour
  • 2. Now drain the water and make fine paste of a jeer and dates seperately in mixy without water
  • 3. In a pan take ghee and heat it and saute anjeer paste properly
  • 4. Then saute dates paste to it properly
  • 5. Saute till the mixture leaves the sides of pan ,now tranfer it to a bowl and let it come to room temperature this mixture
  • 6. Meanwhile make coarse pieces of cashews,almonds,walnuts,pistachios and anjeer for filling, roughly chopp them
  • 7. Now take this filling in a bowl add the above anjeer dates paste 2 tbsp to this mixture along with dry ginger powder and cashews powder mix all well
  • 8. Now flatten the above anjeer dates mixture on a workstation with your hands to a circular form
  • 9. And in middle of it put this filling mixture horizontally
  • 10. Now roll the dates anjeer flatten portion from one end to other end
  • 11. And roll this anjeer khajur roll into dry roasted poppy seeds
  • 12. Now cover it in silver foil and put it in freeze for 6-7 hrs
  • 13. Then remove the silver foil and cut this rolls into pieces of circle
  • 14. Serve it
