Ingredients For Apple Crumble Cake

Methods
  • 1. Cream butter with sugar until it gets fluffy and light in colour.
  • 2. Add the eggs and mix well without curdling it.
  • 3. Mix vanilla essence, flour, baking powder in it and mix.
  • 4. In a sauce pan cook diced apples with sugar and add them into the batter and pour the mixture in the cake mould.
  • 5. Bake at 180⁰ C for 25 mins and serve.
