Ingredients For Apple Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash, peel and grate apples.
  • 2. In a pan, heat ghee and roast almonds and cashew on low flame. Roast till golden brown and keep it in a plate.
  • 3. In same pan, add grated apple in hot ghee and roast. Roast it On medium flame till it dry completely and sourness goes out.
  • 4. Now add milk and cook till apple absorbs all milk. Add milkmaid and cardamom powder and mix.
  • 5. Cook till halwa leaves the side of the pan . Add some chopped almonds and cashew.
  • 6. Remove from heat and serve hot garnish with chopped almonds and cashew.
