Take milk add corn flour, grated apple and 2 tbsp sugar and mix well. Now boil the milk and stir continuously for thickening the milk. Turn off the flame. Pour into the bowl

Once cooled, keep in the fridge. Heat one tbsp clarified butter in a pan. Add apple cubes,1 tbsp sugar and cinnamon powder and carmalise with one or two mins. Turn off the flame . Add this carmalise apple cubes on the top of the apple pudding garnished with cherry and serve.
