Aquarium Jelly Pudding Recipe

Aquarium jelly pudding is made of whole tender coconut. It is beautiful divide treat for the eyes ,very easy to make and heavenly in taste. In my aquarium you can see delicious sea life jellyfish starfish turtle etc. For this beautiful aquarium I use everything of tender coconut like water pulp and white flesh.

Ingredients For Aquarium Jelly Pudding Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For layer 1
  • 2. Soak 1 gram China grass in half cup of coconut water.
  • 3. Grind one cup coconut water and pulp in mixer.
  • 4. Boil milk and condensed milk together in a thick bottom pan.
  • 5. Add coconut mixture to milk.
  • 6. Cook for a minute and switch off the flame.
  • 7. Add vanilla essence and chopped nuts into soaked China grass.
  • 8. Add this mixture to the hot milk and set in the serving tray.
  • 9. Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • 10. For second layer.
  • 11. Soak 10 gram China grass in half cup of tender coconut water.
  • 12. Mix coconut water and sugar together and boil it.
  • 13. Take out half cup of this mixture and mix green colour to it.
  • 14. Mix pink colour to the reserved mixture.
  • 15. Assembling.
  • 16. Take out serving dish from the fridge.
  • 17. Pour pink colour mixture over the first layer in the dish.
  • 18. Meanwhile carve tender coconut flesh and fruits slices to make different types of fishes and other aquatic animals.
  • 19. Set fishes / animals on the top of tender coconut jelly as per your choice.
  • 20. Sprinkle some edible pearls and gems.
  • 21. Pour green liquid jelly mixture on lower side of the top layer.
  • 22. Keep in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours to set.
  • 23. Serve chilled.
