Methods
  • 1. Grind soaked almonds. Keep it aside.
  • 2. Take a heavy bottom pan. Boil milk for 5-7 minutes. Add rice . Cook on low heat until milk becomes 3/4 .
  • 3. Add almond paste , cardamom powder and suger. Cook until Kheer becomes thick.
  • 4. Add kesar and chopped almonds in it.
