Ingredients For Badam Kulfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom pan. Add milk and milk powder. Mix it .
  • 2. Now on low heat boil it. Stir continuesly. When milk becomes 3/4 , add mithai mate , cardamom powder and almonds.
  • 3. Cook it until it becomes little thick. Let it cool. Add salt. Blend the mixture for few seconds.
  • 4. In a air tight container freeze it for 6-7 hrs.
