1.
Cut the stone apple fruit in half scrap out the pulp into a bowl. Add little water and pass the pulp through a mesh strainer to separate the seeds and fiber. Discard the seeds and fiber.

Into the bael pulp, add mint leaves, black salt, sugar and lemon juice and muddle everything together.

Now add 1 cup of chilled water to dilute. You may add more water according to requirement.

Now take few ice cubes in a serving glass. Pour bael cooler. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled. I have served in the hard shell of the bael .
