Ingredients For Bael(Stone apple)mint cooler recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the stone apple fruit in half scrap out the pulp into a bowl. Add little water and pass the pulp through a mesh strainer to separate the seeds and fiber. Discard the seeds and fiber.
  • 2. Into the bael pulp, add mint leaves, black salt, sugar and lemon juice and muddle everything together.
  • 3. Now add 1 cup of chilled water to dilute. You may add more water according to requirement.
  • 4. Now take few ice cubes in a serving glass. Pour bael cooler. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled. I have served in the hard shell of the bael .
