Methods
  • 1. First soak chanadhal (Bengal gram dal) in warm water for half hour. Then grind into fine paste.
  • 2. Now add onions and other ingredients to the paste and give it a good mix.
  • 3. Grease an idli plate and make small balls of the batter and place it on the plate and steam it for ten minutes.
  • 4. Serve hot with green chutney.
