Methods
  • 1. First of all sieve the flour then take a kadai add ghee and roast the bajara flour till it releases fragnence
  • 2. Now dry roast the til and keep aside and in same pan add ghee and fry the dry fruits
  • 3. Now in other pan add jaggery and and allow to jaggery melt and become thick and having 1string consistency
  • 4. Now add flour in 2 batches and mixed properly and when it become little cool add dry fruits and make laddoo from it And it's ready
