Ingredients For Baked Patisapta Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a nonstick pan. Add 1/2 cup khoya and 2tbsp milk, stir constantly on medium heat. Now add 1/4 cup nestle milkmaid and 2-3 Tbsp jaggery, mix them well.stir continuously, make a dry stuffing.keep aside.
  • 2. Now take 1/3 cup jaggery and 1/2 cup liquid jaggery. Mix them well, now add 1.5 cup rice flour,1/4 cup all purpose flour, pinch of salt, 250 ml milk ,1/4 tsp fennel seeds, mix them well..
  • 3. Now take a nonstick pan, heat on high flame then reduce the flame. Now take small bowl of batter and put in the pan, give a circle shape by moving the pan.now cover it for 10 seconds, now open the lid put stuffing and fold the pitha from both sides, take it out, make all the pithas and keep aside.
  • 4. now take a nonstick pan, take 4cups of milk, bring to boil and make it 1.5 cup, now add nestle milkmaid, fennel seeds, jaggery and mix them well.
  • 5. Now take a baking tray. brush ghee, arrange the pitha or patisapta.add the milk mixture, now bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes then bake at 280 F for 15 minutes, now take it out of the oven, keep aside.and serve after 1 hour.
