Ingredients For BATADA VADA AND KADHI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add besan.Add turmeric powder, salt to taste.water as required mixed it make a batter .
  • 2. Take a bowl add boiled mashed potatoes, add coriander seeds, fresh coriander, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, lemon juice,1/2 tbsp sugar mixed all the ingredients..
  • 3. Make small balls and keep aside pour it besan batter
  • 4. Now deep fry till light golden brown.
  • 5. KADHI:. Take a bowl add besan and water mixed it make batter.
  • 6. Take a pan add oil.
  • 7. Add mustard seeds, hing.
  • 8. Add batter. Add turmeric powder.Add sugarAdd salt to taste.
  • 9. Add lemon juice..
  • 10. Bring to boiled till thick.
  • 11. Served it with kadhi and fry green chillies.
