Ingredients For Berilicious Halwa Cupcakes Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In pan, add ghee and roast sooji.
  • 2. Roast till sooji starts to change color.
  • 3. Mix in half of powdered sugar and water.
  • 4. Cook till it gets to halwa consistency.
  • 5. Once sooji starts to leave edges turn off flame.
  • 6. Mix melted ghee and rest of powdered sugar in a bowl with a wooden spoon till light and fluffy.
  • 7. Sift maida, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon powder into other bowl and mix.
  • 8. Now, add halwa, maida mixture into ghee-sugar and mix it.
  • 9. Add milk and check and adjust the consistency.
  • 10. If the batter is still thick add a little milk and mix.
  • 11. Add dried blueberries, cranberries, tutti frutti, cashew nuts, almonds and mix well.
  • 12. Pour this batter into the greased moulds or paper cups.
  • 13. Tap the moulds lightly to level the batter.
  • 14. Bake for thirty minutes.
  • 15. Garnish with few dried blueberries, cranberries and serve
