Methods
  • 1. Add besan , ajwain, turmeric , and salt to mixing bowl .Mix everything well.
  • 2. Add ginger ,tomatoes , coriander leaves and chilles .Pour enough water and make thick better.
  • 3. Heat a pan and grease it with few drops of oil.
  • 4. Allow it to turn hot and reduce the flam medium.
  • 5. Mix the better . Take ladle of batter and pour it in to a center.Quickly spread it to a around cheela.
  • 6. Drizzle some oil around the edges leave the pan .Flip to the other side.
  • 7. Fry until it is cooked completely and gets golden spots.
  • 8. Remove to a serving plate.
  • 9. Serve it with some tea and chutney.
