Methods
  • 1. 1. Take 375 grams ghee and add 500 grams besan to it.
  • 2. 2. Cook it on a low heat till the colur turns into light brown.
  • 3. 3. Now turn the gas off and then add 5 grams turmeric powder to it.
  • 4. 4. Cool the mixture completely.
  • 5. 5. Then add cardamom powder to it and 1.25 kg sugar to it.
  • 6. 6. Mix it well and then add chopped dry fruits.
  • 7. 7. Now make the batter in a round shape to make it ready to eat.
