Besan Ke Ladoo traditional Besan Ke ladoo is very famous Indian sweet. It is made from Besan (chickpea flour), sugar, Desi ghee, raisins and saffron (for coloring). It is specially made in Hindu festivals like Diwali & New Year. Every new year my mother in law made this recipe & serve it to guests with some snacks. I learn this recipe from my Mother in law. She makes this ladoo in very unique way. It is very easy to make but little tricky. Generally in Besan Ke ladoo recipe people dry roast the chickpea flour and then add it into sugar syrap and make ladoo. But this recipe is very unique. In this recipe I make a dough from Besan after that make balls and deep fry it and add sugar syrup and ghee, mix it and make ladoo. This is very delicious and unique recipe. In Gujarat it calls (Lasa na ladoo, Taka ladva & Dhaba na ladoo).
