Ingredients For Besan Laddu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly , heat ghee in a big pan and add gram flour.
  • 2. Roast the gram flour in ghee on low flame until it mixes well.
  • 3. After 20 minutes, ghee starts coming out from the gram flour, keep roasting till the gram flour becomes golden brown and grainy.
  • 4. Take out the mixture in a large bowl or plate, let it cool slightly.
  • 5. When the gram flour cools down (slightly warm), add powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
  • 6. Adjust sugar as required and prepare ball shaped laddus.
