Once the mixture thickens & kind of binds up together, gently, starts releasing the oil and the mixture leaves the pan/pot easily- Turn off the flame and allow it to sit on the hot oven itself while we’re preparing the Aamras.....

Add in the reserved ghee to it & cook it for another 5-6 mins time until it forms kinda one string consistency- turn off the flame and let it cool down a bit before mixing it to the already prepared Besan pan.....

Now, once both the mixtures have been cooled down a bit- Now, mix it with the prepared Besan mixtures & again turning on the flame to the low heat, we need to mix the entire mixture together until nicely combined and well blended & the flavours are incorporated in the same.....

Now, once the mixture starts leaving the pan & forms into a smooth & soft & an uniform dough like stuff- Now, is the good time to put off the flame & let it cool down for a while & then dividing it into the lemon sized balls in between the palms & rolling it into a round smooth LADDO shape structures, repeat the same with all the portions ..
