  • 1. Take a pan and pour 1 cup of ghee, followed by 2 cups of besan.
  • 2. Slow cook it on a low flame, until golden brown in colour.
  • 3. Once it attains the required texture, let it cool down completely to room temperature.
  • 4. Now sprinkle some cardamom powder, followed by 3 1/2 cups of fine grain sugar, then combine them, later add in 1/2 cup of dry fruits and combine them again.
  • 5. Make balls out of it, and place them on a plate.
  • 6. Before serving, garnish them with some chopped pistachio.
