Methods
  • 1. Add carom seeds, red chili powder, black pepper powder, asafoetida and salt to the gram flour and mix all the ingredients.
  • 2. Add hot oil to the gram flour and mix it. With the help of hot water, prepare the dough of gram flour. Keep the besan dough to rise for 10 minutes.
  • 3. For deep frying, heat oil in a pan on medium heatFor frying besan sev, first check the oil. For this, put a little gram flour in the oil and see that it is coming up immediately after roasting, then the oil is hot enough.
  • 4. Place the sev maker on hot oil and make sev by pressing the gram flour with the palm. From this, the sev will come out and start falling in the pan.
  • 5. Fry the sev till it becomes crispy from both the sides. And slow the gas so that it becomes crispy. Take out the fried sev and put it in a sieve, the extra oil of the sev drains out. Make sev with gram flour and fry it in the same way.
  • 6. Take out the sev from the pan and keep it in a plate.
  • 7. Namkeen masala sev is ready. After cooling the masala sev, keep it in any container.
