Ingredients For Bhindi Do Pyaza Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and dry the okra /Bhindi. Slit okra vertically and shallow fry them.
  • 2. Heat the oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until it turns pink.
  • 3. Add finely chopped tomatoes, spices, and ladies' fingers. Mix well.
  • 4. Cover it with a lid and let it cook on slow flame for 8-10 minutes.
  • 5. Add amchur. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
