Wash, peel and grate black carrot. Heat a kadhai and add grated carrots into it and cook.

Add milk and cook on medium flame. Cook till carrots absorbs all milk and carrots cooked completely.

Add suger and condensed milk and mix. Add cardamom powder and give it to good mix.

When the halwa absorbs all sugar syrup add ghee into it. Mix and continue cooking on medium flame
5.
Add khoya and mix well. When the halwa cooked completely and it leaves the side of the kadhai Off the flame. Add some chopped almonds and pistachios and mix.
6.
Serve hot garnish with some chopped nuts and khoya.
