Methods
  • 1. Knead maida with Lukewarm water after adding one tsp oil and make it into a Dough, then leave it covered for some time.
  • 2. Keep black Chickpea in water for 2 hours for soaking
  • 3. Take a pan and fry chopped onions, then add ginger garlic paste. Also add all powdered spices and fry them.
  • 4. Now add chopped pieces of tomato in it and fry it, then finally add the soaked chickpeas
  • 5. Now cook them in cooker till 2 whistles after adding 1 cup of water.
  • 6. Let the water dry and then open the lid of the cooker and fry the chickpeas dry.
  • 7. Roll small puris and fry them in oil. Now put Chickpea Chole on each puri.
  • 8. Also add onion slices over them and serve the chickpea chole puri Canape
