Methods

How to make Black Rice pudding Recipe

1. First soak black rice overnight.Next pressure cook rice till it becomes soft.In a deep pan add milk ,black rice and sugar and add cardamom powder.
2. Mix well and cook on low flame and cook for atleast 15minutes this will make rice more soft.you can keep as it is whole rice or you can blend to coarsely it gives creamy texture to pudding.
3. Serve hot or chilled Black rice pudding garnishing with some chopped dryfruits and shredded coconut.
