Methods
  • 1. Keep a pan in the gas. Add water to the pan. Allow the water to heat up. Add salt, and egg to the hot water. Cover and cook in about 6-8 minutes medium gas.
  • 2. After 8 minutes, pour the egg in cold water and remove the skin from the egg.
  • 3. Cut the boiled eggs into rounds.
  • 4. Place a pan in the gas, add oil to the pan. Allow the oil to heat up. Add a spoonful of turmeric powder to the hot oil.
  • 5. Pour the chopped eggs in hot oil and fry them for about 1 minute on low gas.
  • 6. After frying take out the eggs in a plate and then pour all the spices on top of the eggs and serve with the chutney. Thank you
