Ingredients For Bottle gourd kheer recipe

Methods
  • 1. Roast the grated bottle gourd with 1 tsp of ghee until it leave the raw smell .
  • 2. Once it leaves the raw smell keep it aside
  • 3. Take another vessel and cook the soaked sabudana in milk
  • 4. On low medium heat cook the sabudana until become transparent
  • 5. Once the sabudana cooks well , add sugar and mix well
  • 6. Cook until sugar dissolve completely
  • 7. Once sugar dissolves completely add roasted bottle gourd and boil for 5-7 mins
  • 8. Once evrything cooked well add cardomom powder and mix well
  • 9. At last garnish with chopped nuts and serve hot . Refrigerate the mixture for 1hr in refrigerator then chilled one
