Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast bread crumbs in it over low flame with continuous stirring.
  • 2. When it gets little golden, remove it in a big wide vessel.
  • 3. Add powdered sugar, saffron, cardamom powder and chopped grinded nuts.
  • 4. Make ladoos from it when still warm and store it in an airtight container.
