Cut the eggplant into long lengths like a French fry. (Soak a little salt in water) Cut off the brown part around the bread .. Now grind it in a mixer.

Now take 1 bowl of bread powder, cornflower, semolina and all the powdered spices, salt and a little bit of water and make a thick batter.

Now spread the eggplant pieces one by one on the batter by hand and leave it in the fridge for a while.
