Take 1 glass brown rice and put in water, soak for 15-20 minutes

Take 1 spoon ghee and heat them in the pressure cooker

Add some ingredients in the ghee like bag leaves, black pepper, cumin seeds, cloves, Cinnamon stick, cashew and raisins.

Roast the ingredients in the ghee after roasting ingredients then add 1.5 glass water.

Add salt according to taste and add some black pepper powder for taste and add 1tsp lemon juice.

Close the lid of the pressure cooker and boil for some time.
7.
Take out the rice from the water and put them in the pressure cooker and close the lid. Boil for some time and take 6-7 whistle in the pressure cooker at medium flame.
8.
After taking 6-7 whistle our brown rice are ready . We can serve the brown rice in the plate.
