Ingredients For Brown rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take 1 glass brown rice and put in water, soak for 15-20 minutes
  • 2. Take 1 spoon ghee and heat them in the pressure cooker
  • 3. Add some ingredients in the ghee like bag leaves, black pepper, cumin seeds, cloves, Cinnamon stick, cashew and raisins.
  • 4. Roast the ingredients in the ghee after roasting ingredients then add 1.5 glass water.
  • 5. Add salt according to taste and add some black pepper powder for taste and add 1tsp lemon juice.
  • 6. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and boil for some time.
  • 7. Take out the rice from the water and put them in the pressure cooker and close the lid. Boil for some time and take 6-7 whistle in the pressure cooker at medium flame.
  • 8. After taking 6-7 whistle our brown rice are ready . We can serve the brown rice in the plate.
