Mix cocoa powder, milk powder and sugar powder.

Chocolate mixture is ready.

Boil water in a pan, place a bowl over it. Melt butter as required. Prepare the batter by adding powder to the butter on a slow flame. Add vanilla essence.

Mix cashews in the chocolate mixture. Grease the tray with ghee and keep the chocolate in the fridge to set.
