Ingredients For Chana Dal Jaggery Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash chana dal and boil in a pressure cooker with water till it cooked properly or for 3-4 whistles.
  • 2. Let it cool and then grind in a mixer jar.
  • 3. Heat ghee in a pan and add grounded dal, sauté well.
  • 4. Add grated jaggery and cardamom powder and cook till ghee starts separate and halwa turns golden brown in colour.
  • 5. Garnish with chopped almonds and serve.
