Pluck chana Leaves and wash under the running water. Chopped roughly.

In a pressure cooker, add chana leaves , soaked chana dal, chopped ginger-garlic-green chili, bay leaf, red chilly powder, whole black pepper, and salt . Add two glass water and close the lid. Cook till 2-3 whistles .

After releasing the steam open the lid and cool down completely chana leaves.

In a grinder , grind the mixture and make smooth batter. If required then add some gram flour and make round shape kabaab.

Roll on bread crumbs and keep it in a plate. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry all prepared kabaab till golden brown in color.

Remove from heat and serve hot with chutney, onion and lemon .
