Methods
  • 1. Take flour in a bowl and add water in it.
  • 2. Knead it well and add some oil in it.
  • 3. Once the dough reaches a soft consistency, heat a pan.
  • 4. Take a small ball of the dough and round it with a hand.
  • 5. Move the rolling pin lengthwise across the dough applying gentle pressure as you roll it gets circular in shape.
  • 6. Heat a pan and place the roti on the pan and cook from the both side.
  • 7. Sprinkle some oil on the pan and let it cook. Serve.
