Methods
  • 1. Soak black Chickpea in water for 4 hours. Rinse water and place soaked chickpea in pressure cooker.
  • 2. Add water and salt in it, cover the lid and cook it on 6-8 whistles until chickpea cooked completely. Switch off the flame. Remove extra water with the help of strainer.
  • 3. Take large mixing bowl, add boiled chickpea, onion, tomato, green chilli, red chilli powder, cumin powder, black salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix all well.
  • 4. Serve in mini chaat bowls and enjoy chatpati kale chane ki chaat.
