Soak black Chickpea in water for 4 hours. Rinse water and place soaked chickpea in pressure cooker.

Add water and salt in it, cover the lid and cook it on 6-8 whistles until chickpea cooked completely. Switch off the flame. Remove extra water with the help of strainer.

Take large mixing bowl, add boiled chickpea, onion, tomato, green chilli, red chilli powder, cumin powder, black salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix all well.

Serve in mini chaat bowls and enjoy chatpati kale chane ki chaat.
