Ingredients For Chawal Besan ka Chilla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add rice flour, Besan and curd. Mix it. Add water as per requirement. Keep it aside for 20 minutes to rest.
  • 2. Now add all the ingredients. Mix it well. Adjust the consistency of the Chilla batter by adding water.
  • 3. Heat a nonstick tawa. Grease it with very little oil. Pour 1 big spoon of batter on tawa. Spread it gently in circular motion. Don’t make it too thin.
  • 4. Apply oil around the Chila. Cook on low medium heat it it becomes golden brown and crispy from both the sides.
  • 5. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
