Take a mixing bowl add rice flour, Besan and curd. Mix it. Add water as per requirement. Keep it aside for 20 minutes to rest.

Now add all the ingredients. Mix it well. Adjust the consistency of the Chilla batter by adding water.

Heat a nonstick tawa. Grease it with very little oil. Pour 1 big spoon of batter on tawa. Spread it gently in circular motion. Don’t make it too thin.
4.
Apply oil around the Chila. Cook on low medium heat it it becomes golden brown and crispy from both the sides.
