Methods
  • 1. Take a blender add green coriander leaves,green chilly,garlic cloves,roasted peanuts,bhujia sev,curd and salt and blend to make a smooth paste.
  • 2. Spread this chutney on the bread.
  • 3. Add cheese slice on the top of the bread.
  • 4. Cover this slice with other slice.
  • 5. Heat non stick pan.
  • 6. Grease with butter and place the sandwich on medium flame and grill it.
  • 7. Spread the butter both the sides get golden brown.
  • 8. Cut into two pieces.
  • 9. Serve hot.
