Methods

How to make Cheese pan pizza recipe

1. First of all prepare dough( base of pizza),
2. Sieve maida, baking soda and powder in a mixing bowl
3. Now add salt, sugar and 3 to 4 table spoon of butter.
4. Make a soft dough and keep aside for 1/2 an hour to rest
5. Now after 1/2 an hour. Roll the one portion of dough into thick round chapati.
6. Now apply butter over it . Then spread pizza sauce.
7. Now grate processed cheese over the base n put in a pre heated pan.
8. Cover the pan prpperly n cook for 3 to 4 mins or until base gets cooked n cheese melts.
9. Once cooked. Sprinkle oregano. Serve cut into pices or can pack into tiffin.
