CHEESE PANEER PASANDA RECIPE

It is a completely new innovative recipe which can be taken as snacks or as side dish of the main course. I have made the stuffing with smashed potatoes with dhania leaves in between two pieces of paneer.

Ingredients For CHEESE PANEER PASANDA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil the potato and remove it's skin.
  • 2. Make a paste of dhania leaves mixed with chilli, salt and sugar .
  • 3. Cut paneer in triangle shape and keep these on a plate.
  • 4. Take the boiled potato in a bowl and smashed it.
  • 5. Add the dhania leaves paste with the smashed potato.
  • 6. Heat the pan and pour 1 tsp of butter and add chopped ginger and garlic.
  • 7. Then stir nicely and add smashed potato mixed with dhania paste.
  • 8. Then add chat masala and stir continuously for 10 mins in a low flame.
  • 9. Remove the potato stuffings now it is ready.
  • 10. Place this stuffings upon the paneer piece and cover it with the another paneer piece
  • 11. Heat the pan and add butter and place the paneer and shallow fry it.
  • 12. Fry this both sides and spread the grated cheese upon the paneer and decorate it with dhania leaves. Now PANEER PASANDAis ready to serve.
