1st Marination, marinate with salt. Marinate for 30mins

2nd Marination, In curd whisk ginger garlic paste and all powdered masalas except garam masala. Marinate for 1 hr.

Heat up a kadhai, add butter and all whole garam masala, let it shatter. Add chopped onion and a pinch of salt ( I prefer adding salt at every step it's upto you)Let the onion fry till slightly brown in color. Add tomato and salt too. Cover it add let it cook.

Add chicken with marination, cook it for 5min on high flame. Cover it and let it cook in its own juice till oil separates and masalas are cooked nicely. Check in between.

Once chicken in cooked and oil is separated, add garam masala kasoori methi. Bring it to a boil for few more minutes. Then add cream mix it and it's ready to serve with chapati or rice
