Ingredients For Chiroti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add in the semolina, all purpose flour, salt and ghee. Combine all into a dough.
  • 2. Cut the dough into four equal balls. Roll it out into a thin roti.
  • 3. In another small bowl make a paste mixing rice flour and ghee together.
  • 4. Now take one roti spread some ghee, rice flour paste and place the other roti over it. Again spread the paste and place the other roti. Repeat the process until done.
  • 5. Roll it into a log a cut small pieces of it. Flatten it and roll it into small pooris.
  • 6. Deep fry until golden brown in colour.
  • 7. Soak it in the sugar syrup for 2 minutes on each sides.
  • 8. Garnish with some chopped dried fruits.
