Ingredients For CHOCOLATE BROWNIES WITH CHOCO CHIPS RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil one and 1/4 ltr milk on the gas.
  • 2. When it boiled switch off the gas.
  • 3. Add vinegar and cover the milk.
  • 4. After few minutes milk is fully curdled.
  • 5. Strain the paneer / cottage cheese.
  • 6. Sieve all purpose flour / maida,cocoa powder,baking powder and salt together.
  • 7. Take a mixing bowl add sugar,cooking oil, 1/2 cup milkand cottage cheese / paneer mix until creamy and fluffy.
  • 8. Add vanilla essence,choco chips and all purpose flour.
  • 9. Make a smooth batter.
  • 10. Pre heat oven to 180. c.
  • 11. Grease and flour a 9 inches round baking cake pans.
  • 12. Pour the batter into dish.
  • 13. Add choco chips on the top of the cake
  • 14. Bake for 45 minutes in the pre heated oven.
  • 15. Now the delicious chocolate brownies choco chips is ready.
