Methods
  • 1. Mix all the dry ingredients together and the wet ingredients separately. Do not include the milk just yet.
  • 2. Fold the the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients gently. Do not overmix.
  • 3. Now, if required add milk in the mixture to get a thick pouring consistency.
  • 4. Pour the batter in a cake tin and bake at 180°C for 45 to 50 minutes.
  • 5. For the chocolate ganache , melt the dark chocolate and cream on a double boiler.
  • 6. Once the cake is ready , you can decorate the cake with the ganache.
