Methods

How to make Chocolate peda

1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan. Mix in milkmaid , cocoa powder and milk powder
2. Stir and cook, till mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
3. Mix in vanilla essence and stir it well.
4. Cool and shape into Pedas.
5. Garnish with chopped dry Fruits and serve.
