Ingredients For Chocolate peda filled with kalakand recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, add cocoa powder with milk and mix well without any lumps. In a pan add milk powder, milkmaid and ghee and mix properly
  • 2. Switch on the flame, cook the mixture in low flame, then add the cocoa powder and milk mixture and mix it.
  • 3. Keep cooking till the mixture comes together like a whole mass.
  • 4. Switch off the flame, take out the mixture in a plate and let it cool
  • 5. Grease hands with ghee make the mixture form like a dough.
  • 6. Make small balls out of it, and start shaping them into diyas. Filled it with kalakand and decorate with cherry.
