Christmas Kulkul Sandesh Recipe

This is my innovative recipe Christmas delicacy made with kulkul. I made sandesh by making kulkul with semolina and crushing it. I gave it a twist of sandesh.

Recipe Notes

1. Keep on stirring the milk and khoya so that it doesn't stick the pan.2. Deep fry the kulkuls but don't allow it to burn.

Ingredients For Christmas Kulkul Sandesh Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix maida, suji, ghee, ½ cup sugar and salt with water to knead a dough.
  • 2. Cover with damp cloth and keep it aside for half an hour.
  • 3. Take pea size dough and roll it over a fork to make the shape of kulkuls.
  • 4. Heat oil in a deep kadhai and fry the kulkuls.
  • 5. Crush the kulkuls and make powder. Keep it aside.
  • 6. Now, in a deep bottomed pan, boil milk and add khoya. Stir continuously so that the mixture doesn't stick the pan.
  • 7. Add crushed kulkuls and the remaining sugar. Mix properly and keep on stirring until the mixture leaves the side of the pan.
  • 8. Switch off the flame and keep it for a few minutes to cool down.
  • 9. Make sandesh out of it. It's a delicious Christmas treat. Enjoy!
