Take butter, sugar in a bowl, beat it with bitters and add oil. Now take all purpose flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder and baking soda in a sieve and mix.

Dust the soaked diced fruits with flour, and mix. Add vanilla essence. Now add vinegar. Prepare the batter. Place a paper cup in the cup tray, pour 2 tbsp batter in it.

Now keep the tray in the oven. Bake at 170 degree for 20 minutes. Cupcake is ready.

Mix sugar in the whipped cream, and beat. Insert the nozzle into the piping bag, and decorate the cotton.
