Ingredients For Cocoa Mawa Barfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take heavy bottom wok heat ghee. Roast broken wheat on slow heat. Add milk. Cook.
  • 2. Now add mawa. Stir continuously and roast it for 7-8 minutes.
  • 3. Add cocoa powder, sugar in it. Roast. If needed add more ghee .
  • 4. Now add coconut, cardamom and dry fruits , stir continuously till mixture release ghee.
  • 5. Transfer the mixture into greased tray. Keep it aside for set. Leave it for 3-4 hours. Cut it into pieces.
