Ingredients For Coconut Biscuit Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Put butter and Powdered sugar in a bowl and mix it well.
  • 2. Now add all Purpose flour, Coconut powder, Cardamom powder ,Baking powder and Butter & Powdered sugar mixture and mix them well with the help of hands.
  • 3. If the dough is too tight, then add a little milk to it and prepare a light hard dough.
  • 4. Now break the small periphery of this dough and make a syrup like a pede. Now put coconut powder in it and wrap it well from all sides.
  • 5. Grease a baking tray with ghee and put a butter paper and place biscuits on it.
  • 6. Now preheat the microwave for 2 min. then bake it at 180° for 15-20 min.
  • 7. Your delicious homemade crispy biscuits are ready.
